Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Place cod fillets on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish is opaque.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes to golden the top.
- Serve warm.
