- 2 pounds chicken thighs (6–8 pieces, patted dry)
- 1 tablespoon butter, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning mix thoroughly.
- Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the hot baking sheet and dot with butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, baste with juices, then bake for another 10 minutes, basting halfway.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature of 165°F).
Notes
Pat chicken dry before seasoning for crispiness.
Consider marinating the chicken for a few hours for added flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
