  • 1 tablespoon butter, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.
  • Coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning mix thoroughly.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the hot baking sheet and dot with butter.
