Instructions

  • Wash Brussels sprouts under cool running water.

  • Drain excess water using a colander.
  • Combine Calabrian chili rub, sea salt, honey, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Heat oil and flash fry Brussels sprouts until golden, 3-5 minutes.
  • Melt unsalted butter and stir in the seasoning mixture.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts in buttery seasoning to coat and serve.
