Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs and orange extract, mixing well.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into 1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheet and then on a wire rack.
- Prepare frosting by beating butter, adding powdered sugar, orange juice, zest, and extracts until smooth.
- Frost cooled cookies and add sprinkles if desired.
