Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar with vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Press dough into a prepared 12" x 17" baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown; let cool completely.
- Beat room-temperature butter for frosting until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Incorporate orange juice, zest, orange extract, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled cookie bars and cut into squares or bars.
