- 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
- 1 cup low-fat coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp gelatin (or agar agar for a vegan version)
Instructions
- Combine orange juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle in gelatin (or agar agar) and stir until blended.
- Heat mixture over medium-low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and pour into molds or a rimmed baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set: about 30 minutes for gelatin, 1 hour for agar agar.
- Remove from molds and enjoy your gummies!
Notes
Using fresh orange juice enhances the flavor significantly.
You can adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup gradually.
Silicone molds make removal easier and allow for fun shapes.
