Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook diced chicken for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Incorporate BBQ sauce, honey, and soy sauce, stirring to coat chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth and add dry rotini pasta, ensuring it's submerged.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
- Uncover and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and optional spices before serving.
Notes
Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking.
Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking.
