Ingredients

  • 7 oz. green olives, drained and sliced
  • 6 oz. black olives, drained and sliced
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 810 oz. loaf of French bread
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix sour cream and butter in a bowl until smooth.
  • Fold in olives, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out if desired.
  • Spread filling on cut sides of the bread.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
