Ingredients

  • 2½ cups warm water (95-105°F)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ tablespoon salt
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Nutella, slightly warmed

Instructions

  • Activate the yeast with warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it froth.
  • Combine olive oil, salt, and 3 cups of flour; mix on low.
  • Gradually add more flour until dough is elastic.
  • Let the dough rise covered for about 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into two pieces and roll each into a rectangle.
  • Spread warmed Nutella evenly over each rectangle.
  • Roll each rectangle into a log and divide into halves.
  • Twist halves together and place in a greased loaf pan.
  • Allow the dough to rise again for 30-40 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
