- 2 cups long grain white rice uncooked
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce lipton onion soup mix (1 package)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the uncooked white rice with the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Evenly sprinkle the onion soup mix over the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
