No Boil Baked Cheeseburger Pasta

  • 3 cups low sodium chicken or beef broth
  • 2 cups tomato marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  • 1¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Grease a 9×13" baking dish.
  • Place uncooked macaroni in the dish and crumble ground beef over it.
  • Mix broth, marinara sauce, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour sauce mixture over beef and pasta.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Check for doneness; bake additional 5 minutes if needed.
  • Top with cheddar cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  • Let sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Stir halfway through baking for even cooking.
