- 3 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 box graham crackers
- 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Wash and prepare the mixed berries, slicing strawberries if needed.
- Combine cold heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar in the chilled bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Divide the whipped cream and berries into parts for layering.
- Spread a spoonful of whipped cream on the bottom of a glass pan.
- Layer graham crackers on top, trimming as needed.
- Add whipped cream mixture and a portion of mixed berries, pressing gently.
- Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional berries.
Notes
Ensure heavy whipping cream is very cold for optimal whipping.
Experiment with different fruits for variety in flavor.
