  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Store-bought red decorating icing (for drizzling)
  • Green sanding sugar (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust; layer with Christmas Tree Cakes.
  • Add remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Heat heavy cream, combine with chopped white chocolate to make ganache.
  • Pour ganache over cheesecake; drizzle with red icing and sprinkle with green sanding sugar.
  • Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
