- 3 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 5 oz mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 tsp vanilla extract, divided
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups cake flour
- Pinch of salt
- 6 TBSP strawberry jam
- 3 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4–5 drops neon pink food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare a loaf pan with baking spray.
- Cream together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and butter.
- Add 2 tsp vanilla extract and incorporate eggs.
- Combine granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
- Mix in the sugar mixture into the creamy blend.
- Add cake flour and salt, then mix well.
- Alternate adding eggs, remaining sugar mixture, and cake flour.
- Divide batter into three bowls and flavor each: one with strawberry jam, one with cocoa powder, and the last with remaining vanilla extract.
- Fill piping bags with each batter and layer into the loaf pan.
- Swirl batters for a marbled effect.
- Bake at 295°F for 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ensure dairy ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
