Instructions

  • Prepare a loaf pan with baking spray.
  • Cream together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and butter.
  • Add 2 tsp vanilla extract and incorporate eggs.
  • Combine granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
  • Mix in the sugar mixture into the creamy blend.
  • Add cake flour and salt, then mix well.
  • Alternate adding eggs, remaining sugar mixture, and cake flour.
  • Divide batter into three bowls and flavor each: one with strawberry jam, one with cocoa powder, and the last with remaining vanilla extract.
  • Fill piping bags with each batter and layer into the loaf pan.
  • Swirl batters for a marbled effect.
  • Bake at 295°F for 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
