- 2 teaspoons (10g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (3g) dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) olive oil
Instructions
- Mix 00 flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine the activated yeast mixture with flour and salt blend; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Add olive oil gradually while kneading until fully integrated.
- Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 8 to 24 hours.
- Divide the risen dough into 4 portions; shape into balls and rest for 30 minutes.
- Flatten each ball and stretch into a 10-12 inch pizza base.
- Top with favorite ingredients and bake at 500°F (260°C) for 8-12 minutes.

Use high-quality 00 flour for the best texture.
