- 1 ounce melted milk chocolate
- Chocolate jimmies for sprinkling
- 8 ounces chopped chocolate (dark or milk based on preference)
- 2 cups heavy cream, heated to simmering
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add McCormick Vanilla, Almond Extract, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Whisk together baking powder, kosher salt, flour, and cocoa powder. Combine with wet ingredients.
- Roll dough to ¼-inch thickness and cut out mustache shapes.
- Bake cookies for 6-9 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- For frosting, mix confectioners' sugar, milk, McCormick Vanilla, and melted chocolate.
- Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle with chocolate jimmies.
- For ganache, heat cream, pour over chocolate, and stir until smooth.
