Instructions

- Whisk in eggs and egg yolks until well combined.
- Fold in flour gently until just mixed.
- Divide batter among custard cups, filling each 2/3 full.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, watching for firm edges and a soft center.
- Let stand for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
Notes

Do not overbake to maintain the molten center.
