  • 1 ½ cups (330 g) dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 12 oz (340 g) mini M&Ms

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until dough forms.
  • Portion out dough and roll in mini M&Ms.
  • Chill cookie dough balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ (177℃).
  • Bake cookies for 12 to 13 minutes or until edges are set.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
