  • 1 ½ cups mixed fruits (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, blueberries, etc.) (200 g)
  • ¼ cup muesli for garnish (30 g)
  • Additional granulated sugar to taste, for garnish
  • Fresh fruit for decoration

Instructions

  • Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in yogurt, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and grated lemon peel.
  • Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing gently.
  • Pour batter into a lined plum cake mold.
  • Top with mixed fruits, muesli, and sugar.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 45 minutes.
  • Cool cake before transferring it to a wire rack.
  • Decorate with fresh fruits before serving.
