Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
- Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture, then roll into evenly sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Melt the almond bark according to package directions until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off excess coating before placing back on the lined baking sheet.
- If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
- Allow the coating to fully set before serving or storing.
Notes
Chill the truffles longer if they seem too soft to handle.
For a more vibrant decoration, use colored candy melts for drizzling.
