Mint Oreo Truffles are a must-try for dessert lovers! These delightful treats combine the rich flavor of mint Oreos and cream cheese, coated in creamy almond bark. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet craving, these easy-to-make truffles are the ideal homemade dessert for anyone.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Yield: 30 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture, then roll into evenly sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to package directions until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off excess coating before placing back on the lined baking sheet.
  7. If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
  8. Allow the coating to fully set before serving or storing.

Notes

Chill the truffles longer if they seem too soft to handle.
For a more vibrant decoration, use colored candy melts for drizzling.
