Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into each mini sweet pepper, pressing firmly.
- Wrap each filled pepper with half a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
Select firm mini sweet peppers for the best texture.
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
