Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cook chicken sausage patties in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Toast split English muffins until golden.
- Assemble sandwiches with sausage, egg, and cheese in English muffins.
- Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper and store in a freezer-safe bag.
- To reheat, defrost overnight and heat in an air fryer, toaster oven, or microwave.
