Instructions
- Combine cold mascarpone cheese with sifted powdered sugar in a small bowl.
- Beat until creamy and smooth.
- In a separate metal bowl, pour the cold heavy cream and add vanilla extract.
- Beat the cream on high speed until soft peaks form.
- Blend the mascarpone mixture into the whipped cream until stiff peaks form.
Notes
Chill mascarpone and heavy cream for best results.
Sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps.
Be careful not to overwhip the cream.
