Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar or bowl, whisk or shake until mixed.
  • Chop cauliflower into small florets and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add drained olives, banana peppers, diced bell pepper, onion, and parsley to the bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
