Instructions

- Gently mix the pork, spices, and syrup until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Arrange patties in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and reaching 160°F internally.
- Let patties rest before serving.
