Instructions
- Peel and dice fresh mango or measure frozen mango.
- Add mango, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
- Include honey for sweetness, banana for creaminess, and ice for texture, if desired.
- Blend on low, then high, for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice as needed.
- Pour into a glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
