- 4 packets (0.25 oz each) powdered gelatin
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) mango slices in juice
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 cups water, divided
Instructions
- Drain mango slices, saving 1/2 cup of juice and blend until smooth.
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add gelatin while stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in granulated sugar until melted.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water and cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine the mango puree and cream into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour into dessert cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
Ensure gelatin is completely dissolved to avoid lumps.
Chilling overnight yields a thicker, creamier pudding.
