Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and maple syrup in a jar.
- Shake the jar to blend all ingredients into a smooth dressing.
- In a salad bowl, combine avocados, mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fresh ingredients and gently toss to combine.
- Taste the salad and adjust salt and lime juice as desired.
Notes
Use ripe avocados and mangos for optimal flavor and texture.
