  • 2 ripe mangos, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced (about 1 small red onion)
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and maple syrup in a jar.
  • Shake the jar to blend all ingredients into a smooth dressing.
