- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 6 tablespoons butter, sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap sweet potatoes in aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Unwrap and slice open the baked sweet potatoes.
- Stuff with sliced butter and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon and add chopped pecans.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows are browned.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Choose evenly sized sweet potatoes for uniform cooking.
Adjust the sweetness to taste with more or less brown sugar.
