  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1 jalapeño (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with spices.
  • Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  • Layer seasoned beef, half of cheese, red onion, tomato, and jalapeño on chips.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for about 7 minutes until melted.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
