  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, crimping the edges if you like.
  3. Layer the pie crust with ham, hash browns, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crust.
  5. Bake the quiche for about 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the quiche to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with crumbled bacon, a dollop of sour cream, and extra onions or cheese if desired.
