  • 1½ cups homemade whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix crushed Nilla Wafers, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into cups for crust.
  • Blend fresh lemon juice, zest, egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch; cook until thick for lemon curd.
  • Beat heavy cream to stiff peaks; in another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest, then fold in whipped cream.
