Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter the ramekins, dusting with cocoa powder.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- Cool slightly, then stir in sugar and salt; beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in vanilla extract and flour until just mixed.
- Evenly divide the batter into prepared ramekins and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let sit for 2 minutes before inverting onto plates to serve.
- Top with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
