Instructions

  • Macerate ¾ cup of strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar for a few minutes.
  • Combine 2 cups of strawberries with 3 tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, heat until boiling, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Let the strawberry syrup cool in the fridge.
  • In a tall glass, add 2-3 tablespoons of cooled strawberry syrup, followed by ¾ cup non-dairy milk and ice cubes.
  • Top with macerated strawberries, stir gently, and enjoy.
