Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and lime zest in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet to form a thin layer.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and toasted coconut over the yogurt layer.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Break the frozen bark into pieces and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to your preference by using more or less sweetener.
Ensure the yogurt mixture is evenly spread for uniform freezing.
For a different twist, substitute key lime juice with lemon juice.
