  • 14 oz Andouille Sausage, sliced
  • 6 tbsp Butter, divided (2 tbsp & 4 tbsp)
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 5 cups Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear Andouille sausage until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  • Lower heat, add 2 tbsp butter, and sauté onion until soft.
  • Add remaining butter, cabbage, and Cajun seasoning; mix well.
  • Stir in heavy cream and allow to combine.
  • Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.
  • Return sausage to skillet, mix thoroughly, and serve hot.
