Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, sauté ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and seasonings until melted and combined.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form cheese into 8 circles and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool cheese slightly, then place filling on each circle and roll.
- Let roll-ups cool before serving.
