Instructions
- Line a 15"x10"x1" pan with waxed paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until it becomes smooth and glossy.
- Pour the melted mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle jelly beans on top, and add sprinkles for extra sparkle if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the bark sets completely.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
