Instructions
- Slice apples, lemon, and orange into rounds.
- Combine sliced fruits, water, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and vanilla extract in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow a natural release of steam for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
- Strain the cider using a colander lined with cheesecloth.
- Mix in maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.
- Serve warm or chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, and caramel.
