- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Mix Old Bay seasoning and thyme in a bowl.
- Pat the chicken dry and rub it with olive oil.
- Season generously under the skin and in the cavity.
- Tie the chicken legs loosely with kitchen twine.
- Set the Instant Pot trivet inside the pot and place the chicken breast side down.
- Attach the air fryer lid and set temperature to 385ºF.
- Cook for 60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature with a thermometer and ensure it reaches 165ºF.
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
