Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Melt butter, then whisk in egg, vanilla, maple syrup, and molasses in a small bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated.
- Scoop and flatten cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack.
- Mix icing ingredients until smooth and frost cooled cookies.
