- ½ cup milk of choice (I used 2%)
- ½ teaspoon crushed freeze-dried cherries
- Ice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cherry syrup, and whole milk, then froth until airy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in chai tea concentrate followed by your choice of milk, and stir to blend.
- Spoon the cherry cream cold foam over the iced chai and top with crushed freeze-dried cherries.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for the best froth.
Substitute with coconut or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
Add vanilla extract for an extra flavor twist.
