Instructions
- Chill a small bowl and whisk in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
- In the chilled bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, and apple brown sugar syrup until creamy.
- Return the mixture to the freezer for a thicker consistency.
- Combine concentrated chai tea with milk in a 16-ounce cup.
- Fill the cup with ice and pour the apple crisp cream over the chai.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
