Instructions
- Wash peaches thoroughly under cool running water.
- Cut peaches into slices, removing the pit but keeping the skin.
- Soak peach slices in a mixture of water and lemon juice for 5 minutes.
- Drain peach slices well.
- Arrange drained slices on a baking sheet without overlapping.
- Freeze slices for about 4 hours or overnight.
- Transfer frozen slices to labeled freezer bags.
- Store in freezer for up to 1 year.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for better texture after freezing.
