Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stir gently. Fold in chocolate chips and hot fudge.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out with some moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and drizzle with hot fudge.
