- 4 cups water
- 4 green tea bags
- 2 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 4–6 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of water to boil and steep green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and let tea cool to room temperature.
- Blend honeydew and mint leaves into a puree.
- Stir sugar into warm brewed tea until dissolved.
- Combine cooled tea with honeydew-mint puree in a pitcher.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint.
Notes
Use ripe honeydew for the best flavor.
Increase mint for a bolder taste if desired.
Chill mixed tea for a few hours before serving for extra refreshment.
