Instructions
- Prepare the sweet and creamy sauce by whisking together mayo, condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Candy the walnuts in a pan with sugar and cold water, then coat and cool them on parchment paper.
- Coat the shrimp with salt and pepper, whisk egg whites, mix with cornstarch, and fold in shrimp.
- Heat oil and fry the shrimp in batches until crispy and golden brown.
- Combine fried shrimp with candied walnuts and the sweet sauce; garnish with green onion.
