Instructions
- Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
- Coat shrimp thoroughly and let sit to absorb flavors.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, being careful not to burn.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Pour in honey, adding chili flakes if desired, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.

Ensure shrimp are completely thawed and dried for the best texture.
Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking.
