- 2 heaping tablespoons (about 35g) pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) pure maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan.
- Whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until blended and warm.
- Add cinnamon sticks and increase heat to medium-high; boil gently for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes; strain if needed.
- Serve in brewed coffee and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of spice.
Notes
Use fresh pumpkin puree for vibrant flavor.
Adjust sweetness to taste; more maple syrup enhances flavor.
Shake well before each use as ingredients may settle.
