Instructions
- Stir yeast and honey into warm water; let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine activated yeast with salt, olive oil, and half the flour; mix.
- Gradually add the remaining flour until a slightly tacky dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 6 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, then roll it out to preferred thickness.
